Physician Medical Visits
Individualized medicine visits that focus on your health goals, disease reversal, and‘graduating’ you from the practice so that you can feel great living your life. MICenterHM physicians appreciate a thorough history intake, symptomatology assessment, and advanced lab biomarker reviews to evaluate and treat. If appropriate, imaging and pharmaceuticals can be ordered. The goal is not to discover more problems; the goal is to recognize the root of the problem, design and implement a treatment regimen with you, the patient, integrated as a critical member of the team.
Our physicians are Doctors of Osteopathy (D.O.) along with Naturopathic Doctors (with 4 year medical degrees in states that license NDs as physicians). We work as a multidisciplinary team to support our patients, offering expertise and experience in a large number of areas of medicine and modalities.
Functional Medicine
Functional Medicine is a systems biology–based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. Each symptom or differential diagnosis may be one of many contributing to an individual’s illness. Dr. Andrea McSwain believes that patients commonly confuse being given a medicine with the practice of medicine.

UNDA therapies are unique homeopathic remedies that help to facilitate the drainage of toxic accumulations in primary organ systems including the liver, kidney, colon, uterus and lungs. Once primary organs of elimination have been addressed, deeper work can be conducted to facilitate the removal of toxins in secondary organs of elimination including the skin and joint spaces. Remarkably, UNDAs also work on a deeper level addressing mental and emotional blockages as well.

Physical Medicine
As part of the physician services, several of our physicians offer procedures that address health conditions of the musculoskeletal system as well as nervous system and the other systems in the body.
Acupuncture involves using small needles in particular areas to stimulate or calm that area as well as effect the overall body. Our physicians that use acupuncture use traditional chinese medicine (TCM) and 5 element acupuncture.
Osteopathic manipulation medicine (OMM) also known as neuromuscular medicine is another modality used by physicians in our practice that include modalities of myofascial release, cranial sacral manipulation, muscle energy, viscerosomatic manipulation, lymphatic release.
Regenerative Injection Therapy
Scar therapy Injections are performed by our physicians in all locations. Options for these injections include platelet rich plasma, sterile saline, and/ or ozone. Scars caused from trauma, surgeries, and chronic inflammation produce obstacles in the tissues for healing and function. Function follows form. When scars are addressed, the binding and buckling are reduced. The ease of the body improves.
Joint, Ligament, and Muscle Injections are performed by our physicians in all locations. Options for these injections include platelet rich plasma, sterile saline, and/ or ozone. Injections can reduce tissue trauma (from acute as well as repetitive strain injury) while increasing range of motion and joint space.
PRP Vaginal Treatment offers healing properties from your blood to be isolated and concentrated. These injections are very well tolerated. They reset the baseline of your vaginal and bladder health. This treatment supports bladder health, reduces vaginal and vulvar pain from scarring or atrophy, while increasing sexual satisfaction and comfort. Results are appreciated within 3 weeks.

In a new patient visit with one of our physicians expect to be heard. You will have dedicated and concentrated one-on-one time with your provider.
