The season change is inevitable. Colder rainy days approach, leaves fall, and mold develops. We humans are designed to share this planet and appreciate those changes. We love to see the leaves transition, yet so many of us refer to fall as “allergy season.” Some spiral into their annual diagnoses and reduced quality of life, almost accepting that it’s “the time of year when I get bronchitis that leads to pneumonia.” Others prepare for the annual use of antibiotics, thinking it’s their only option: “I can’t handle fall and I’ll use antibiotics for a sinus infection.” Many worry about needing to go into the hospital or visit an urgent care. After working on this dilemma in my own life, I’m glad to share that you can crawl, climb, or jump out of this pattern…and do so naturally.
9 years ago, I developed bronchitis. Coughing all night and sicker everyday. I finally recovered after weeks of exhaustion. 6 months later, the same pattern was forming. I looked to vitamins and supplements. Sinus support was the first answer. Histamine support was the second. These nutrients along with vitamin C and herbal antivirals, delayed and reduced the next event. Fear turned to confidence. I’m 7 years from having any of those symptoms. Our MCHM patients have their own stories to tell as they realize that allergies are not inevitable. It usually starts with taking Sinus Assist and/or Hist Eeze, with many exclaiming “I can’t believe it!” as the symptoms subside. Simultaneously, they reduce the use of pharmaceuticals to an as-needed basis until they become the rare exception. Their most telling success is the transition away from a season of fear and towards a new ability to welcome and enjoy the change of season.
Blessings for an autumn of wellness and abundance!
